Now that’s cleared up making your own energy bars (aka muesli bars) are not only super easy and quick to make, but you can have a lot of fun with what you put in them.
Pack them up with a bunch of your favourite seeds, nuts and fruit and tailor them to your taste buds. The best thing about these bars is the peanut butter (or you can use any nut butter) to bind them together! Ah-mazing.
Another bonus is you can make up extras of the dry mix and use it for your morning muesli with a dollop of yogurt and fresh fruit, soak half a cup with water or organic juice for a yummy bircher or layer it up in one of those fun parfait jars.
